Dear Man standing in line at Target,

Please accept my apology for my inappropriate behavior while standing in line last night. It is not your fault that I chose to take my children out beyond the bedtime hour. It is not your fault that I had to go to Target in the first place because my children have been wearing the same underwear for two days now due to the fact that I have been out of laundry detergent. And it is not your fault that the Target workers strategically place toys in the checkout area to annoy Mommy's who are tired and in a hurry. Please forgive me.

Sweet, simple, light, soulful, pleasing and warm for the fall season. This is my new scent of choice for the change in weather. I discovered it in mid July and got all three products (perfume, shower gel, lotion) in a very reasonably priced gift pack. I just pulled it out this last week and I love it. Excellent stuff! Smells wierdish, but excellent stuff! Speaking of LOVE, anyone ever watch THIS show? Vicki and Gofer (was that his name?) were my favorites! Memories....

Cake Shmake...

I had my cake and ate it too. Maybe even a little too much.

Ah crap! I only meant to take one bite. Stupid "evening it out" rule.

So our local Safeway sells these "single serving" cake in a box things that strategically sit near the check out area. This pic. doesn't do it justice but this "single serving" ain't "no single" serving people. It's HUGE. And before you know it you've eaten the whole flippin thing...for dinner.

Here's and idea. Wear THESE the next time you eat cake. ADORABLE! And maybe you'll want to go exercise after you've eaten the "single serving" cake. That or take a nap!

Like the rest of the Mommy's on the face of the planet I've been consumed with back to school preparations. NOTE TO SELF: Do not wait until the day before the first day of school to get school supplies. DUMB! DUMB! DUMB! Do you think my son will hold it against me that I sent him to school with a Hannah Montana 2 pocket folder?

Cool shoes=cool kids! Right? Who cares if they have bed head and haven't bathed for 4 days! It's all about the shoes.
