It's Trendy Tuesday...Do You Dare?

Crossbody Bags (Not to be confused with body bags!) They're making their way back to everyone's handbag collection in a fiercely stylish way. Practical enough for day and cute enough for night~LOVE them! Gone are the days of the boring basic black Edie Bauer practical crossbody bag. You know, the one you used during your college days or bought for your European adventure. This season's crossbody bags are so dang cute, much more comfy to carry and will discreetly hide any onsie that has been unexpectedly pooped on~crap!
If I were a gazillionaire you better believe I'd be owning the Marc Jacobs crossbody bag featured on the left! It's AMAZING. I had to go see it in person and try it on for size. It's only $498...what a steal.;)

P.S. I'm in love with THIS coin purse. 'Whoo' wouldn't be?

I Am NOT Feeling Sorry For Myself!

At approx. 8:30am yesterday morning my husband loaded himself into this private jet.

At Approx. 9:15am the private jet flight attendant served my husband this breakfast.

Where was I while all this was happening? At home, with the children, the laundry (which has once again exploded all over my house) a sink full of nasty dishes and the reality of my so-called life. You know what really sucks? I was invited to go~ Stupid reality!

To My Prince:

I sure hope you're enjoying yourself. I'll be thinking of you while dealing with "our" life at home.

xoxo, Mrs. Princess Pookie

P.S. Roses would be nice.

AND THE WINNER PULLED OUT OF THE HAT IS...Tiffany! Thanks for playing friends.

Fancy Fingers For ME

Check it out! I finally took some time to visit this really amazing salon and do something for myself. The name of the salon was Kitchon Princess (aka my kitchen). Princesses, you have to try these crazy nails out. These ain't no Lee Press-Ons that's for sure! Speaking of Lee Press-On nails. My fifth grade teacher use to wear them and we'd find them on the floor in the classroom. Hee hee!

Anyway...I read about these in a magazine and everything they said about them is TRUE. No one (my peeps) could tell that they weren't done in a professional salon. No one! Even after examining up close. They were super easy to apply (note: use lots of pressure to get all air bubbles out), I did it all by myself- even my right hand-and for about $6 I had pretty fingernails. I picked my set up at Target but you can get them in any drug store. They are extra thin (not nearly as chunky as the acrylics you get at the salon) and come in several lengths and sizes. I wore mine for about four days and then they came right off. For a quick little pick-me-up you gotta try these out. I got the glue-on ones. They do come in stick-on but I didn't want to chance it.:D Brand: KISS

First Day of School
I meant to post these long ago.

These two little twerps kissed and made up. Ya know, the pic from yesterday? The one on my son's door that you all thought was his way of telling me to "bug off". That little love note was for his sister because he needed some "alone" time. Gees, I wonder where he's heard that before?

Conclusion: Find some "alone" time and turn your nails into wonderous works of art!

It's Trendy Tuesday...Do You Dare?

It's an ETSY Trendy kind of day. I found these stellar items on Etsy last night. The name of the shop is Vivid Colors. Click on over and take a peek at all the lovely items this shop has to offer. I LOVE what this designer has done....beautimus! AND the promo in the shop until Oct. 1 is BOGO~like Payless shoes. Who doesn't love a great SALE.

RINGS!

Ooh la la I'm drooling over these (above) necklaces. Flowers around the neck are a big thing right now princesses. These ones are so romantic. The perfect creative touch to any TRENDY outfit. How would I wear one? Black button down shirt with a delicate sleeve, pencil skirt...hmm...tweed maybe, with funky legwear and THESE shoes! I think it's time to go shopping!

Come on. Don't be so boring. Wearing something TRENDY today!

Live your life as you
IMAGINE.
Dream big, believe in yourself and make something happen today. (Even if it's just taking a shower before 3pm~hee hee.) I know you can do it!
When I grow up I wanna be.....
I discovered this quote over the weekend so I wanted to share. May we all take a moment to dig within ourselves and find our imaginations again. You may not currently be on the path you once "imagined" but I truly believe that we all have ability to create that life we once imagined and mold it to fit our current life situation. Princesses, we can have our chocolate cake and eat it too. It's called a nanny....kidding!:D
Happy Monday...all over again.
