Matching Holiday Pajamas!

Is this Holiday tradition a little too cheese-o-rama for you? 

For some, probably. For my family...we totally DARE!

On Dec. 1 Santa swings buy and drops off Christmas pj's and advent calendars for all. 

I know the more traditional way to do this is to open them on Christmas Eve but, "Santa" likes us to enjoy our pj's all month long. They arrive in a bag like THIS on the front porch wrapped in special Santa paper.  

Want to join in on the matching pj train? You've got two more days. All aboard!

We love THESE pjs for the kids and I want THESE ones~especially so I can walk around my house looking sexy with only one button buttoned.;)

P.S. If you take on this Dec. 1 tradition you might want to explain to your children that not all families get visited by Santa before Christmas because they will go to school and tell all their friends that Santa came. Which could cause some serious confusion! Trust me. I learned the hard way.

I have very strong opinions about the whole Black Friday thing.

Sure, I get it. Lots of bargains and deals to be had. Awesome! Shopping at midnight will all your girly friends. Fun tradition!  BUT...

how many of you bought crap that you didn't need but bought because it was on SALE?

Would you have bought it if it wasn't a deal?

That's what I thought. Take the crap back. You don't need it!

You know all those lotions, candles, socks and articles of fleece clothing

you got such a great deal on to give away as gifts?

Well let me break the news to ya, WE DON'T WANT THEM!

(My apologies to those I may have offended. Sorry. Black Friday isn't my thing. Ironic, I know.) 

ANYWAY...

 I'm gonna save you A LOT of money this year.

You can thank me later.

Buy yourself that handbag you've been adoring now for months.

Splurge on something a little extra special.

Buy yourself a Christmas dress WITH fancy shoes.

Holiday Lux

Okay so remember a couple posts back I was hoping Santa would bring me these (pic above) in silver? Well just kidding. I saw them in person and they are TOTALLY fugly. Like super FUGLY barf-o-rama. BUT..never fear, I found a fabulous replacement. Black velvet Toms. How cute would these be? Sassy dressy with some casual comfort on the side. ADORBS! You should ask for these to be placed under the tree. They would look so cute on all of you. And you'll be the coolest Mom ever!
