Yesterday I had a pool full of kids and friends and we had a grand old time. thanks for coming everyone. except for that person who left a piece of poop on my bathroom floor. you're not invited next time. i'm being dead serious. big piece of poop on the floor. sorry for the graphic. i was totally barfing. poop happens, obviously, i guess.

1. Passed on my Jamba Juice usual and went for something different.
(Hey, don't roll your eyes at that one. I made an effort to try something new.)
2. Instead of freaking out at the fishy cracker disaster I calmly walked away and let them lay there on the floor for the remainder of the day.
See, trying something new doesn't have to involve jumping out of airplanes or eating anchovies.

Choose to make it an awesome day! I get it,  diapers, arguing children, bills and dirty dishes are anything but awesome. BUT...doing 20 push ups in your pjs, applying fake lashes (you should totally do that today!), or having a pillow fight could be pretty awesome!

Remember when we were at Nordy's on Saturday night shopping for you (not me) and I slipped away to the bathroom for a moment? Well, I thought I should probably let you know that I sorta took a little side trip to the nail polish counter. Whoopsie! So, when you get your Nords bill and are wondering about that titch bit of an extra charge it was me, buying something for me, when we were shopping for you (not me). Selfish, I know. But as much as I LOVE looking at your bum in a new pair of jeans, after pair 11 I just needed a break.
