Pop goes the Crack

help.
i can't stop.
i just can't help it. 
stop it right now. 

so i sorta have a thingy for chewy gooey very bad for you stick to your gut and butt stuff.
like this caramel popcorn for example.

if you have a thing for caramel popcorn (gooey not crunchy) then you must prepare a batch for yourself. WARNING: take a handful or two (or three) and then hide the crack. it's so good you could eat yourself sick.

1 cube butter
2 cup brown sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 can sweetened condensed milk

Melt butter in a medium saucepan. Add corn syrup and brown sugar. Bring mixture to a boil. Once boiling mix in sweetened condensed milk. Cook for 5 or until mixture almost reaches a soft ball stage. Pour over one large bowl popped popcorn. I used air popped popcorn but microwave popcorn works fine. I used about 1 cup un-popped popcorn that turned into one VERY large bowl of popcorn. Poor mixture over popcorn and enjoy the most delicious caramel popcorn ever. Once a little cooled makes great popcorn balls as well.

P.S. Trust me, I'm all about being "healthy" but seriously, how can one eliminate sugar 100% from their diet? Nonsense!;)
