There are a gazillion products, philosophies, programs, opinions, etc. out there to confuse us when it comes to finding a healthy life style. I love Bob's rules (and book). They make sense and can be applied to your regular way of life. Combine Bob's rules with some type of movement everyday and you'll be a winner. Promise! Print these rules out and put them in a place where you can review them everyday. EVERYDAY!
And let us not forget the shoes. THESE are pretty freakin awesome!
BTW in case you were wondering getting up off the couch to go get a bowl of ice cream doesn't count. However, getting up off the couch to go get chips and guac might.;)
