For My Fitness Friends...FINALLY!

Baked Oatmeal
Morning goodness!

Baked Oatmeal
3 c. oats
3/4 c. brown sugar
1 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
2 t. baking powder
1 c. milk
4 T. butter (melted)
1 t. vanilla
2 eggs
Mix all the above ingredients together and bake in an 9x9 pan at 350 degrees for 35-40 min. Serve with delicious fruit toppings and milk. This oatmeal makes your house smell delish!
Tip: You can bake fresh or dried fruits in the oatmeal to. (Ex. apples, raisins, cranberries, nuts) 

NOTE: This baked oatmeal keeps great in the fridge for a couple days. And give your kids a taste. They just might like it. Mine do!
